I had an excellent stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel. The staff truly made me feel like a friend, providing really good service and personalized attention. The location was perfect for dining and exploring key attractions like Ben Thanh Market. However, I found the rooftop jacuzzi pool to be quite small, though it was still a lovely spot to relax.

Rooms

The room was comfortable and well-decorated, though slightly dated compared to the photos. I appreciated the softer towels and the complimentary local fruit, which was a nice touch.

My stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel was really good—filled with professional service and good amenities. The friendly staff, including Ms. Trang and Mr. Louise, made every moment enjoyable, though I found the rooftop pool a bit small for my liking. Overall, I'd rate my experience highly due to the warm atmosphere and delicious dining options.

I loved the unique styles of the various rooms, which were all clean and fresh. The Japanese-inspired decor added a special touch, and the ensuite spa facilities were lovely, though I wished the spa tub could accommodate two comfortably.

While the rooftop pool was smaller than I expected, the ambiance and rooftop bar were charming. The gym could use more equipment, but the well-rounded services made up for it.

I had a lovely stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel, marked by a fantastic location and welcoming staff. The rooftop pool and spa offered relaxation with a stunning view of the city. However, my room could have used a bit of updating and better layout, which slightly impacted my overall experience.

Rooms
7.0
My room was average, with a layout that included a bathtub shower combo, which wasn't the most convenient. It lacked certain amenities like wine glasses and had a somewhat dated feel, but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
Service
9.0
The staff were professional and extremely friendly, always ready to assist. They offered great recommendations and even allowed me to freshen up at the rooftop spa after a long day out, which I really appreciated.
Location
8.0
The hotel is nestled in the heart of the Japanese district, which felt safe and was surrounded by various dining options. Although it was a bit of a trek to the central city attractions, I enjoyed the quieter atmosphere nearby.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, including fantastic baguettes and even duck and crocodile on my last day. However, I would have liked to see more international and vegetarian options available.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities included a lovely rooftop spa and bar, perfect for unwinding, but I found the air conditioning in the hallways needed improvement. Overall, though, the amenities contributed positively to my stay.

My stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel was fantastic, with some minor hiccups. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the get-go. My room was comfortable and offered great views, but the corridors could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, a solid choice for exploring Ho Chi Minh City.

Rooms

The room was spacious and well-decorated, featuring a great jacuzzi tub. However, I noticed some issues with maintenance, like an old look in some areas and a malfunctioning elevator that made getting to my room on the 7th floor a hassle.
Service

The staff were really good, always paying attention to detail. From the warm welcome at check-in to the nightly chocolate delivery, they really went above and beyond. A special shoutout to those at the front desk and the friendly doormen.

Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety, offering both Western and Vietnamese options. Though there were minor nuisances like fruit flies at times, it generally was nice and filling.
Facilities

Facilities included a small rooftop gym, which was a bit too hot for my liking, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a mini pool and jacuzzi. However, the gym equipment could use some maintenance.

I had a pleasant stay at Silverland Sakyo Hotel, enjoying the friendly ambiance and convenient location that made exploring the city easy. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing spot to cool off, even if it was on the smaller side. However, I did experience some inconveniences, like the cable service being inconsistent and one of the air conditioning units not working well. Overall, it was a comfortable experience.

Rooms

My room was comfortable and well-kept, though not overly spacious compared to other deluxe rooms. The automatic toilet seat was a nice touch, too.
